A new happening has happened in Hyderabad where a mother has tied his son with a rope on a electric pole for using cannabis. Women also applied a good amount of chili powder to his eyes.
He has been beaten up for cannabis usage, and nearby people are also supporting and helping his mother to beat and apply the chili to his eyes.
